RETURNS

 Before returning the product you must notify us in writing at hello@studiogitane.com.

Returns must be sent back at us in max 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Please include details of your order to help us identify it.

In order to accept the return it is necessary that the product is not damaged, and shows no signs of wear or use.

When we receive the return you will be refunded the amount within 10 working days by the payment method initially used to fulfill your order.

The parcel must be well secured, products properly packaged for safety during transportation.

The cost of return delivery will be supported by the customer.
