Our adornments are strong build and we do not take fault if one brakes it. However we can offer repairing service for your broken piece, if you still own 90% of the original pieces.

Please treat your stone necklaces like any delicate & fine jewelry:
store it properly when you are not wearing it
do not wear it during sleep
do not wear it while showering
keep it away from gym & spa
avoid contact of the jewelry with moisturisers / oils / perfumes, all cosmetics, hairsprays, perfumes, and lotions contain chemicals that often react adversely with gemstones & metals and affect its appearance.
avoid mechanical shoks
Studio Gitane pieces are handcrafted with gemstones, trade beads, natural pearls, traditional african beads, natural shells, recycled glass.
Various metals are also used, all of them are nickel free and hypoalergenic. However depending on one's PH, some metals may oxidize in time.
All of them are carefully hancpicked or manufactured.
To ensure a long life to your piece, we advise the following:
- Handle it gently and with care; avoid mechanical shocks (stones can easily break).
- When not wearing it, keep it in a soft fabric pouch.
- Avoid contact with any type of water (showers, swimming pools, sea, rivers) as certain components will oxidize more quickly this way.
- Do not wear it in your sleep, while you are training or at the beach.
- Avoid contact with creams, perfumes, oils, or other chemical products.
Before purchasing, please measure your neckline carefully to decide if a product fits you. We do not modify the size of the products.
You can return a product within 14 days of purchase by sending an email to hello@studiogitane.com in advance.
In order to return a necklace, it must not show signs of wear, cracked stones, or missing elements.
The return cost is borne by the customer.
Since the online store and the physical store are separate entities, products purchased from the website during drops cannot be exchanged for products available in the store.
