Studio Gitane pieces are handcrafted with gemstones, trade beads, natural pearls, traditional african beads, natural shells and recycled glass. All of them are carefully curated.

Various metals are also used, all of them are nickel free and hypoalergenic. However depending on one's PH, some metals may oxidize in time.

All closing accesories are handcrafted from sterling silver & stainless steel. 

Handle it gently and with care; avoid mechanical shocks (stones can easily break).

When not wearing it, keep it in a soft fabric pouch.

Avoid contact with any type of water (showers, swimming pools, sea, rivers) as certain components will oxidize more quickly this way.

Do not wear it in your sleep, while you are training or at the beach.

Avoid contact with creams, perfumes, oils, or other chemical products.
